What kind of deposit do you require? We require a $100.00 deposit cheque to hold your wedding date.
What happens if we end up having fewer guests and you have already sent us the quote? No problem, you can provide me with your final numbers up until a week before your wedding and I will make the changes and send you a new quote. Just make sure you give us the maximum number you will need to start with so that we have enough for your wedding.
The contract says we have to have them dropped off by 12:00 PM on Sunday, what happens if we cannot get them to you at that time? If you are having an out of town wedding or if you simply don’t think you will have enough time to return them before 12:00 PM on Sunday, then just let me know and I can check the schedule to make sure another bride does not need them earlier than Thursday.
How do we return them? You pull them off the chairs and throw them into the bins we provide, or into garbage bags.
Do we have to wash them before we return them? No we take care of that.
Are there any extra charges? The only extra charge is 5% GST.
How soon should we book our wedding with you? I suggest people book ASAP because we book up fairly quickly and if you book now, you avoid a price increase. We have people booking their weddings 2 years away.
Do you have enough chair covers to do a large wedding? We have thousands and we order a new style each wedding year.
How are they packaged when we pick them up? In Rubbermaid bins that hold 30 chair covers each. If you have a small vehicle, please let me know before your wedding so we can put them on hangers.
Do you accept Visa or Mastercard? We will be accepting VISA and Mastercard next year.
